Join the pledge supported by many Entrepreneurs around the UK plus the Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce.

‘Pay in 30 Days’ is an initiative which has been launched by Tony Robinson OBE and has been adopted as the main policy of the Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce and is designed to tackle late payment – one of the biggest issues facing the area’s small and medium enterprises.

“Late payment is stifling growth. Small and micro businesses are the lifeblood of the economy and it’s vital that they thrive. I’ve known firms to go out of business while waiting for large invoices to be settled and it’s just not acceptable. Some companies drag out paying as long as they can and it needs to be addressed.

In 2017 an estimated £25 Billion Pounds was owed to companies over 30 days.

If all businesses worked together to help stop late payments it can improve the economy massively. It will also promote better business ethics and more profitable businesses.
